Title: Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships Consultant for Global Philanthropic Foundations About Us Agranee Foundation is an India-based non-profit organization committed to creating sustainable social impact through strategic initiatives and collaborative partnerships. We are looking to expand our network by building long-term relationships with leading international philanthropic organizations. Project Scope We are seeking an experienced freelancer with a strong background in non-profit fundraising, donor relations, and strategic partnerships to identify, approach, and establish collaboration opportunities with renowned philanthropic organizations such as the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), the Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and other global grant-making institutions. The objective is to facilitate strategic associations with Agranee Foundation so that both organizations can collaborate on projects and initiatives whenever opportunities align. Responsibilities * Research and identify relevant international philanthropic foundations, CSR organizations, and grant-making institutions. * Develop a partnership outreach strategy tailored to Agranee Foundation. * Prepare and customize introductory communications and partnership proposals. * Initiate discussions with decision-makers and partnership teams. * Coordinate meetings between Agranee Foundation and prospective partners. * Assist in developing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), partnership frameworks, or collaboration proposals where required. * Maintain a pipeline of outreach activities and provide regular progress updates. Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated experience working with international foundations, donor agencies, or development organizations. * Strong network within the philanthropy, CSR, or international development ecosystem. * Excellent proposal writing and communication skills. * Experience in securing partnerships, grants, or institutional collaborations. * Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes. Deliverables * A qualified list of target organizations with relevant contacts. * Successful outreach to identified organizations. * Scheduled meetings with interested foundations. * Support in progressing discussions toward formal collaboration or partnership. * Detailed progress reports throughout the engagement.
