I need some demo videos for my software

Summary

I have a software with a large magnitude of features, I'd like to create some videos explaining how it all works, maybe one long video and then a dozen short ones for different areas of the system. Each part taking 30-90 seconds to explain. Let me know your thoughts on how to build it and what to as well as costs and how you'd break it down. Any previous experience you have to share would also be good. This could be something on going as we continue adding more to the product.
