QA of a new AI product

The Product • An AI answer engine, designed to be embedded directly into publisher websites, providing readers with instant, AI-generated answers sourced only from the publisher’s specific and trusted content. The Business Goal • To increase engagement, drive deeper content exploration, and create a new monetization The QA Process • Operated by an internal tool, where the testers need to go through 2 test cases per each domain, and ensure the tool generates accurate, relevant, fresh, unbiased, and reliable summaries and suggested questions. • The QA consists of tests of two distinct components - Summaries and Suggested Questions, for each we need to evaluate 4 Core Metrics: Accuracy, Relevance, Freshness/Coherency and meet a score defined by PM to pass the QA. Seeking Candidates That Have Strong Familiarity With: • Local market current events familiarity is a strong plus • Have to be news savvy and interested in what’s happening around them • Ability to follow moderation guidelines, communicate issues and perform basic technical • actions in a dedicated tool • Languages: Fluent in German or Portuguese.
