Ai-powered Tender Research Bot - Education Sector

About Us: We are an internationally active education services provider offering training, qualification programs, and learning solutions across multiple markets. To strengthen our business development, we are looking for an experienced freelancer to build an automated AI bot that identifies relevant public tenders and procurement opportunities in the education sector. Project Overview: The bot should automatically scan tender portals at regional, national, and international levels, filter results based on defined criteria, and integrate findings into our internal systems (tbd) — enabling our team to respond to relevant opportunities faster and more efficiently. Portals to Cover: - Regional: State/municipal procurement platforms (focus: Germany) - National: e.g. DTVP, evergabe, Bund.de, BAMF procurement notices - International: e.g. TED (EU-wide), UNGM, World Bank, national portals of key target markets Filtering Criteria: - Keywords (to be defined collaboratively with the contractor) - Publication date / submission deadline Technical Requirements: - Automated crawling & scraping of target portals - AI-based relevance scoring of results - Integration into our internal system via API or structured data export - Notification feature for new relevant matches (email or webhook) - Scalable architecture to add further portals over time - Documentation and handover What We Expect: - A working MVP with at least 3 integrated portals - Clean, documented code with handover documentation - Willingness to iterate based on feedback - Clear communication and milestone-based delivery Please include in your proposal: - Relevant examples or past projects (scraping bots, automation tools, AI integrations) - Your proposed tech stack - Timeline and cost estimate - Any questions to clarify scope We look forward to working with a reliable, technically strong freelancer who understands the public procurement landscape.
