We are seeking an experienced Trademark Specialist to manage the end-to-end registration of our brands, "UNYX" and "UNYX AI," in both the United Kingdom (UKIPO) and the United States (USPTO). Scope of Work: The contractor will handle: Clearance Search: Conduct thorough searches in UKIPO/USPTO databases to ensure brand availability and mitigate opposition risk. Application Strategy: Advise on and execute filings across three core classes: Class 9: Downloadable software, AI, and digital infrastructure. Class 36: Financial, monetary, and payment services. Class 42: Software development, API integration, and technological services. Filings: Submit all necessary documentation for both jurisdictions. Office Action Management: Act as the primary lead for addressing any inquiries or formal office actions from trademark authorities. Required Experience: Proven success managing trademark portfolios in both the UK and US. In-depth knowledge of Nice Classification requirements for Fintech/Software. Strong attention to detail and clear, strategic communication.
