HD real time future bike game model

Technical restrictions: - back spring joint (middle of torso): no wobbling when adding exact axe pivot - wheels exact turnable: no wobbling when adding exact axe pivot - front wheel left/right rotation up to 45% degree (Y axe (up)) must be possible, without intersecting with the torso - front & back wheel: no wobbling when adding exact axe pivot - No UV-unwrapping, Texturing, nor rigging: I do that by myself Polygon number around: 10.000 - 20.000 (the lower the better, but if possible still having HD look) - Must be in quads - No ngons or triangles - Clean normal smoothing flow - Proportions must be 1:1 - I can provide front picture as well, so we know how thick the bike shall be. If you need else, please let me know Another question that arises is, to make the bike cockpit glass to open (mechanism must be defined by my ofc, or you have a suggestion, however, and a seat with cockpit and handles for a driver that lies on his stomach, same as in real life with real racing bikes (same pose), and how much this would cost, and if you are willing to create the interior for the bike too. If we can get a professional workflow with a proffessional outcome I will definitely come back to you with other bike designs, as this is my life time project and is going to definitely break some charts!
