HR recruiter

Requirements Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience Experience hiring in the UAE market Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, and social media platforms Ability to screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience coordinating interviews and following up with candidates Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Familiarity with UAE employment practices is preferred Responsibilities Create and post job advertisements Source candidates for sales, operations, accounts, PRO, and internship positions Screen and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial HR screening calls Schedule interviews with management Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports Assist with onboarding and employee documentation when required
