Summary

We are looking for a Türkiye-based freelance financial analyst to research and compare Turkish Citizenship BES plans. This project requires both thorough primary research and independent financial analysis. The objective is to understand the available plans and identify which options may best preserve capital and diversify exchange-rate risk during the three-year holding period. Responsibilities Identify pension companies currently offering Citizenship BES plans. Contact pension companies directly to confirm current availability and obtain the latest plan documents. Research each plan’s official name, plan number, terms, fees, eligible funds, fund-switching rights, and withdrawal rules. Verify information using primary sources, including SEDDK, EGM, KAP, BEFAS, TCMB, and official pension-company documents. Review each eligible fund’s investment strategy, currency exposure, risk level, historical performance, drawdown, fees, and liquidity. Evaluate performance and capital preservation in both TRY and USD terms. Assess how different fund options—including gold, money market, sukuk, fixed-income, and mixed funds—may help diversify currency and investment risk. Compare and prioritize the available Citizenship BES plans based on transparency, fund selection, fees, currency risk, investment risk, and ease of exit after three years. Clearly distinguish verified information from assumptions or unconfirmed marketing claims. Maintain organized records of official documents, sources, and information confirmed directly with pension companies. Preferred Qualifications Based in Türkiye and fluent in Turkish Able to communicate findings clearly in English Experience in private pensions, banking, asset management, fund research, or financial due diligence Familiarity with BES, EGM, KAP, BEFAS, SEDDK, and Turkish financial regulations Independent from pension companies, insurance agencies, and immigration firms Must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and may not receive referral commissions from the products researched To apply, please provide a brief description of your relevant background, hourly rate, estimated completion time, and availability.
