USA Based Freelancers only We're seeking a freelancer to convert AI-generated front-end HTML files to a fully editable back-end WordPress Elementor format. There are 30 to 40 HTML pages with content, animations, and graphics that must be converted into Elementor. Freelancer must provide the following: • Back-End development of approved designs as a responsive, cross-browser-compatible WordPress site. • Migration of existing content (with editorial cleanup as agreed) and implementation of 301 redirects to preserve SEO equity. • Technical SEO setup: metadata, schema/structured data, XML sitemap, clean URL structure, and redirect mapping. • Performance optimization for fast load times and strong Core Web Vitals (image optimization, caching, minification). • Accessibility conformance to WCAG 2.1 AA and, given the Federal audience, alignment with Section 508 standards. Deliverables include: • Sitemap, wireframes, and approved high-fidelity designs. • Full Integration of all animation • A fully developed, tested, and launched WordPress website. • Content migration and redirect mapping. • SEO, performance, and accessibility implementation and reporting. • Administrator training and technical/editorial documentation. • Post-launch support during the warranty period. • Lead capture and contact forms with spam protection and email/CRM notifications. • News/blog with categories and tagging; careers/job postings section. • Integration with the Company’s analytics, marketing, and (where applicable) CRM tools. • Newsletter / email-marketing signup integration. • Social media links and structured sharing metadata. • Migrate the new site from the staging site to the production site • Provide quality assurance support for 60 days. NOTE: Freelancer must be available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time for Zoom video conferences.
