EU sourcing & fulfillment agent (private label, fast shipping)

About us We run vorha.fr, a growing French e-commerce brand. We currently process 1–5 orders per day and are looking for a reliable long-term sourcing/fulfillment partner based in Europe (or with an EU warehouse) to build a consistent, branded customer experience as we scale. What we're looking for Product sourcing from EU-based (or EU-stocked) suppliers Quality control on products before they ship Custom branding: our logo on the packaging (branded box, insert or sticker) as a priority, and on the product itself where possible Fast delivery within Europe: 3–5 business days Order fulfillment, ideally integrated with our store Shopify Ideal candidate Experience with private-label / white-label e-commerce brands An existing network of European suppliers and/or an EU fulfillment center Comfortable working with small but growing order volumes Clear communication in English (French is a plus) Able to advise on realistic MOQs, branding options and lead times Please answer these in your proposal: Which EU countries do you ship from, and what are your typical delivery times? Is branding possible on packaging and on the product? What are the minimum quantities for each? Can you handle low daily volumes (1–5 orders/day) to start? How does your pricing work at this scale? Can you share examples of brands you've sourced or fulfilled for? We'd like to begin with a small test order before scaling up.
