Ai video editor & video model expert for ecommerce

I run a small portfolio of DTC ecommerce and supplement brands. We ship a lot of creative and we move fast. I'm looking for 1-2 editors who actually live in the current AI image/video stack and can take a brief and turn it into a finished ad without me holding their hand the whole way. This is not a "cut the clips I send you" job. I need someone who can take a concept, sometimes with a competitor ad as reference, sometimes from a blank page, and build the whole thing: the beats, the frames, the motion, the sound. It has to look like something people stop scrolling for, not a template. What you'll be doing: Turning briefs into finished short-form ads (UGC-style, static-to-motion, product, etc.) Generating and editing with current AI tools, you should already know what's good right now and what's garbage Building with or without a reference ad Iterating fast when a cut isn't landing To be considered, send me (please actually read this): A portfolio of work from the last 2 months only. I don't care what you made a year ago, the tools have changed. The exact tools and models you use (image gen, video gen, editing). Be specific, not "various AI tools." A 10-second demo that uses multiple frames/scenes, not a single clip, so I can see how you handle pacing and transitions. Quick is fine, I'm judging skill, not runtime.
