Ai video generation - Optimising existing video.

We are a digital marketing agency and need a professional video creator to join our team. The first project is taking an existing video we have and modernising it. It was only made a year ago, but suddenly looks old. I'd like it enhanced with Ai, the stock imagery removed and replaced with similar but better video clips, and a sepia theme, much like the thumbnail (attached). I've also included a series of screens, to give you an understanding of what I'm after. I have a series of talking-head marketing videos (portrait 9:16) that I’d like transformed into a consistent premium brand style, but we'll start with the first one and see if we can get the style right. The desired aesthetic is warm, cinematic and documentary-inspired, rather than modern digital video. An example still of the desired look will be supplied, along with the original video. ⸻ Objectives Colour Grade Create a warm sepia / bronze documentary look that: * Gives the footage a premium cinematic feel. * Softens the digital appearance. * Maintains natural skin tones. * Includes subtle film grain. * Includes a soft vignette. * Uses gentle highlight roll-off. * Slightly lifts the black levels for a softer image. Selective Colour This is the most important requirement. The video footage should be graded to the warm sepia style. However, any on-screen graphics, charts, Google Ads dashboards, Meta dashboards, branding elements and overlays should remain vibrant and in full colour. In particular, I want to preserve: * Teal brand colours * Blues * Greens * Dashboard charts * Analytics graphics * White text The finished result should feel like documentary footage with modern colourful graphics layered over the top. ⸻ Audio Please professionally enhance the audio by: * Removing background noise where possible. * Reducing low-frequency rumble. * Improving speech clarity. * Applying tasteful EQ and compression. * Normalising loudness for web delivery. * Producing a natural, polished result (not an over-processed podcast sound). ⸻ Deliverables Please provide: * Final exported MP4. * DaVinci Resolve project (.drp) or PowerGrade (.drx). * Any LUTs created (.cube). * Project files so the look can be reused on future videos. ⸻ Preferred Software DaVinci Resolve Studio preferred.
