Need a freelance architect to design a tropical contemporary family villa on approx. 19–20 cents at Konchiravila, Thiruvananthapuram, with Killi River as a key site feature. Architect must study plot plan, access, setbacks, river-side restriction, drainage, privacy, orientation, and local approval requirements. A 15m setback from the river side must be considered unless officially clarified otherwise. Design intent: open, breathable, landscape-integrated villa inspired by rustic Bali-style architecture, with natural materials, courtyards, planting pockets, shaded outdoor areas, and strong indoor-outdoor connection. Required spaces: ground floor with entry lobby, large family living/gathering area for 20–25 people, courtyard/atrium, home theatre, library/reading lounge, pooja room, elderly bedroom with attached bath, powder room, small open pantry/social kitchen, car porch. Detached service block with main kitchen, dining, utility, wash, staff room, store, and separate service access; upper level to include majlis/guest lounge, one attached guest bedroom, and balcony/sit-out. First and second floors to include two attached bedrooms each, family lounge/reading area, balconies/terraces. Roof to include terrace garden, shaded seating, yoga/meditation deck, gym/wellness area if feasible, and river-view deck. Deliverables in two phases: Phase 1: site study, zoning, concept options, 2D plans for all levels, site plan, basic furniture layout, concept elevations/sections, landscape concept, basic 3D views, area statement. Phase 2: dimensioned architectural drawings, elevations, sections, stair/toilet/kitchen details, door-window schedule, roof/drainage plan, landscape/hardscape layout, structural/MEP coordination drawings, final PDF and DWG/DXF files.
