**eLearning Automation Project Summary** We need a freelance developer to build an automated pipeline that reads a plain text transcript file, converts each line to AI-generated narration audio using free open-source TTS tools, attaches each audio clip to its matching slide, and packages everything into a single SCORM eLearning course containing two 20-slide lessons. Client supplies all slides and transcripts. **Key skills needed:** Python scripting, open-source TTS engines (Coqui/Piper), audio processing with ffmpeg, SCORM packaging using Free Open Source authoring tools (Adapt/H5P), and the ability to document the pipeline so our team can reuse it independently for future courses.
