AI workflow coach for educators

I am a principal who runs a private middle school. I need support to figure out how to save myself time and work smarter by using AI to help me with daily tasks. This would include helping me to set up a better AI regulated organization system for my Google Drive, setting up daily task reminders based off my Google calendar, as well as some more advanced projects that use AI to canvas a larger amount of data input by my teachers regarding student performance and parent concerns. This would require being able to pull data off of other platforms and summarize them in a document. Familiarity with education platforms such as Google Classroom and parent locker is a huge bonus. While this job is probably only a couple hours worth of work, there is potential for more regular work together to build out additional systems for the school.
