I want someone who can setup and deploy SCCM in my company from scratch.
We are looking for a skilled IT Security Specialist to assist with a temporary project focusing on the deployment, management, and cybersecurity of Microsoft Windows desktops. The ideal candidate will have expertise in detecting and mitigating advanced threats such as malware, rootkits, and keylogging software. If you are experienced in endpoint security, desktop management, and threat analysis, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Microsoft Windows Desktop Deployment & Management: - Configure and optimize Microsoft Windows desktops using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or similar. - Ensure systems are secure and compliant with best practices. Cybersecurity Threat Analysis: - Conduct forensic analysis to detect and remove malware, rootkits, keyloggers, and other advanced threats. - Utilize tools like Sysinternals Suite, Wireshark, or Endpoint - Detection and Response (EDR) platforms to identify vulnerabilities. System Hardening: - Implement system hardening techniques to protect against potential cyber threats. - Configure group policies and antivirus solutions to enhance security. Incident Response: - Investigate and remediate potential security breaches. - Provide detailed recommendations for strengthening overall system security. Requirements: Experience: - 3+ years in IT system administration, Windows desktop management, or cybersecurity roles. - Proven expertise in malware analysis, threat hunting, and remediation. Technical Skills: - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows deployment tools. - Familiarity with cybersecurity tools like Sysinternals Suite, EDR platforms, Wireshark, or similar. - Experience in detecting and removing rootkits and keyloggers. - Understanding of Active Directory, group policies, and network security. Certifications (Preferred): - CompTIA Security+ - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) - Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Soft Skills: - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Effective communicator, able to document findings clearly. - Ability to articulate the truth to strong personalities that have confirmation bias. Currently Worldlink is already having Hybrid Setup of Microsoft O365 and On Premise AD/Exchange. Currently AD Connect system is being used. And now Microsoft has upgraded to Microsoft Entra Connect. And since the there some glitches in synchronization with users and credentials. Now Worldlink wants to upgrade AD Connect to Entra Connect along with password synchronization vice a versa (O365 to On Premise and On Premise to O365). With this Worldlink also want to have MFA implementation for Org Users too../ Tentative SOW to acomplish above requirements could be: 1- Backup current configuration 2- install entra id on new server 3- restore configuration 4- validate results 5- make sure password synced 6-configure MFA and ensure it's working 7- Provide Flow Diagram and documents of configuration/settings for documentation. to extend the period due to VPN connectivity issue../
