I'm a robotics and AI engineer finishing my degree in Electronics, Communication and Information Engineering, and I build complete, working systems rather than isolated demos — the kind of engineering where the hard part usually isn't the algorithm, it's making unreliable hardware and undocumented protocols behave. That pattern runs through my recent work: Agribot — an autonomous ROS2 farm rover: SLAM (slam_toolbox) and Nav2 navigation, EKF sensor fusion combining wheel odometry and IMU data, a Raspberry Pi Pico micro-ROS agent handling low-level motor/encoder control, a 5-DOF arm for soil probing and image capture, and a Hailo-8L-accelerated vision pipeline for real-time crop-row detection. GarudX SkyReaper — an AI surveillance drone platform built for a government security bid. I was lead Android & integration developer on a small team: a Kotlin/Jetpack Compose ground-control app driving a SIYI gimbal and AI tracking module over their SDK's binary TCP/UDP protocol, a standalone RTMP relay service, and the network/system integration holding the Raspberry Pi 5 AI compute, gimbal, and ground station together as one reliable system. Along the way: SDK integration across SIYI (gimbal, camera, AI tracking module), Raspberry Pi + Hailo AI accelerator, Raspberry Pi Pico (micro-ROS), and ESP32 — usually starting from nothing but a vendor protocol doc. What I bring beyond the tech stack: I default to reading the vendor documentation and testing assumptions myself rather than guessing, I write down what breaks and why so I don't re-debug the same failure twice, and I'd rather confirm a small piece works before building the next layer on top of it than discover a wrong assumption three steps later. On SkyReaper that habit is what caught things like a single mistyped IP address silently routing every telemetry packet to the wrong device, and a TCP read pattern that was quietly dropping 29 out of every 30 packets. I work daily in Python (ROS2 nodes, OpenCV, ONNX/Hailo inference) and have solid, practical C++ and Kotlin from embedded and integration work. If you're bringing a new robot platform's SDK into a ROS2/Python stack, that's exactly the kind of problem I like — vendor docs, binary protocols, hardware that doesn't behave the way the datasheet says it will. I'm looking for ROS2 development, SDK/driver work for robot platforms, sensor fusion, or computer vision on embedded hardware — happy to start with a smaller task first so we can confirm fit before a longer engagement.
