This guy is a lifelong amateur photographer and vintage photo guru with extensive experience in photo cleanup/restoration and image retouching/editing, as well as decent experience in largely photo-based art and graphics design/creation, and image compositing. For all of that, Adobe Photoshop is my tool of choice. Please note that I am not merely technically adept at this kind of work: it's a pursuit of passion for me. Each image is unique, and each requires an equally unique approach and level of care and attention; especially the vintage, historical photos for which I have great affinity.
