Administrative Assistant (Odoo ERP Specialist)

ODOO Administrative assistant We are looking for an experienced **Odoo ERP Specialist** to become the internal expert of our ERP system and help manage daily operations across the company. This person must have strong knowledge of **Odoo** and be comfortable handling invoicing, sales orders, purchase orders, product uploads, inventory, and workflow management. You will be responsible for keeping the system organized, accurate, and efficient while supporting multiple departments. ## Responsibilities * Create and send client invoices in Odoo * Manage sales orders and purchase orders * Upload and maintain products, pricing, and vendor information * Track inventory and order status * Help organize team workflows and improve efficiency * Troubleshoot Odoo issues and support team members * Build reports, dashboards, and process improvements ## Requirements * Strong experience with **Odoo ERP** MANDATORY * Deep understanding of invoicing, inventory, orders, and automation * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Fast, efficient, and proactive problem solver * Available during **California PST business hours** We are looking for someone who truly knows Odoo inside and out and can help optimize our operations as we scale.
