Affiliate Program Manager / Consultant — Scale & Optimize an Existing Program (Consumer Health App)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Zero is a leading consumer health and wellness app focused on fasting, metabolic health, protein, hydration, and behavior change. We've recently built the foundation of our affiliate program — and now we need an experienced consultant to take ownership, scale what's working, and optimize for growth. We're looking for a hands-on Affiliate Program Manager / Consultant who can: • Take over and scale an existing affiliate program with active CPA network and agency relationships • Manage and grow a small portfolio of creator affiliates on a performance basis • Drive paid subscriptions through partner recruitment, offer optimization, and program management • Own the program end-to-end with minimal oversight This is a management and scaling role — not a build-from-scratch engagement. You'll inherit a running program with the opportunity to to optimize and grow it. WHERE WE ARE TODAY • We are live and running on Everflow as our affiliate platform • We have active relationships with several affiliate networks and agencies • We have a handful of creator affiliates working on performance-based conversions • We have a subscription-based revenue model and are optimizing for paid subscriber acquisition KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management & Optimization • Take full ownership of day-to-day affiliate program operations on Everflow • current partner mix, commission structures, and offer performance — identify what to fix, cut, or double down on • Optimize CPA offers and payout structures to improve ROI • Manage network and agency relationships Scaling & Partner Recruitment • Identify and recruit high-quality new affiliates with proven conversion track records • Develop a compelling partner value proposition to attract top-tier performance partners Reporting & Analytics • Provide regular reporting on signups, paid conversions, ROI, and program health • Use Everflow data to make fast, data-driven optimization decisions • Identify top performers and underperformers and take action on both Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Zero's team to align on tracking, messaging, and promotions • Ensure affiliate activity is brand-safe and aligned with Zero's voice and values REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MUST-HAVES) • Proven track record managing and scaling affiliate networks and agency partnerships • Experience managing performance-based affiliate programs • Demonstrated success driving paid subscriber acquisition for a consumer app or subscription product • Ability to audit an existing program and quickly identify optimization opportunities • Strong analytical skills • Highly self-directed; able to manage the program with minimal oversight NICE-TO-HAVES • Health, fitness, wellness, or nutrition industry experience • Experience working with Everflow • Experience with consumer digital health verticals RATE & ENGAGEMENT MODEL • Open to hourly or monthly retainer model to start (with expectation to transition to a monthly retainer for ongoing management) • Fully remote, but must be available during continental U.S. working hours WHY WORK WITH ZERO • A trusted, mission-driven brand with a large and highly engaged organic audience • An existing affiliate program with traction — you're inheriting momentum, not starting from zero • Collaborative, fast-moving team that values expertise and autonomy • Clear performance goals and strong executive support
