Amazon Vendor Central Expert Needed

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Central (1P) Expert to manage and optimise our vendor account. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Vendor Central operations, advertising, and account growth strategies, with a clear understanding of how to improve sales, margins, and overall performance. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Scope of Work: Manage and optimise Amazon Vendor Central (1P) account Monitor and improve sales performance, chargebacks, and profitability Handle purchase orders, inventory planning, and forecasting Optimise product listings (content, SEO, A+ if applicable) Manage and scale Amazon Advertising (AMS / Sponsored Ads) Identify and fix catalog or operational issues Work on growth strategies to increase revenue and efficiency Key Responsibilities: Improve conversion rates and product visibility Reduce chargebacks and operational inefficiencies Optimise pricing, margins, and vendor negotiations (if applicable) Provide performance reports and actionable insights Requirements: Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P model) Strong understanding of POs, chargebacks, and vendor operations Experience with Amazon Advertising (Vendor side) Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and optimise performance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with A+ Content / Brand Store Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, DataDive, etc. Experience scaling vendor accounts across multiple SKUs To Apply, Please Include: Your experience with Vendor Central (1P accounts) Examples of results (sales growth, cost reduction, etc.) Your approach to improving vendor account performance Your monthly or hourly rate Budget: Open to proposals (based on experience) Note: We are looking for someone who understands the full Vendor Central ecosystem, not just basic management, someone who can drive growth and improve efficiency.
