Android Mobile Packaging & UI Integration

Title: Android Mobile Application Packaging & UI Integration Engineer Description: We are looking for an experienced Android developer to package, stabilize, and prepare an existing Android application for internal beta release. The application already exists and is functional. Core backend communication, session management, and data collection workflows are already implemented. Scope: * Review and understand an existing Android codebase * Build and package installable APK releases * Complete missing UI integration around existing functionality * Improve application stability and user flow * Implement and stabilize media/video session handling * Manage session data and video packaging before upload * Ensure video files are linked to the correct session * Validate phone-to-backend communication * Verify successful upload of session data, metadata, and video * Resolve integration issues and application bugs * Prepare build and installation documentation * Support testing and bug-fixing cycles Requirements: * Android development (Java and/or Kotlin) * Android Studio * Git / GitHub workflow * REST API integration * Camera / media / video handling * Experience working with existing Android applications Deliverables: * Stable Android build process * Installable APK package * Integrated UI connected to existing functionality * Working session management flow * Stable video/media workflow * Successful session and video upload to the existing backend * Bug fixes for identified issues * Build, installation, and handover documentation Project Type: Fixed-price, short-term integration and packaging project based on an existing Android application.
