Looking for an expert in open source android operating system and telegram APIs to join our team as a consultant. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to our developers for finalising our project. Its important that you have expert experience in networking stack of android and how telegram client works, to be able to provide input into the project. PLease dont assume you can use AI to take on this project we have access to the same tools and know how to prompt the project has tough technical challenges that only an experienced person can solve
