Architect Needed to Create Permit-Ready Façade Drawings from SketchUp Model

We are looking for an experienced architect or architectural draftsperson to create a complete set of permit-ready façade drawings from our existing SketchUp 3D model. The drawings must comply with the façade plan requirements outlined in the attached PDF (City of Frisco). Scope of Work We will provide: Fully modeled SketchUp file (.SKP) Building information Material selections Reference documents You will be responsible for preparing a professional façade drawing package that includes, at a minimum: Elevations of all four sides (North, South, East, West) Material and color callouts Material legend Building dimensions and heights Materials calculation table Roof equipment indications (where applicable) Dumpster enclosure elevations (if applicable) General notes and annotations required for permit submission Any other information required by the attached façade checklist The final drawings should be clean, well-organized, and suitable for submission to the local authority.
