Summary

I need an architect to convert hand sketches into permit-ready drawings for a residential house. The project involves working with a retired architect's input to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and drafting, and be able to deliver high-quality, detailed drawings. The project is in Pennsylvania so the architect must have a license that will be honored in PA and drawings will need to be sealed for permitting.
