Assist Interior Designer with SketchUp Modeling and Construction Drawings

We are a boutique interior design firm based in the US. Our principal designer prefers to work with paper and pen instead of in CAD. Instead of hiring a local CAD technician we are searching for a freelancer to help us with projects from time to time. We are about to start a project involving the remodeling of a bedroom. We do not have the original construction drawings for this project; it is an older home. We are looking for a consultant to do the following: • Convert hand-drawn floor plans with dimensions into a 3D "as built" model of the room as it exists today • Take direction from our designer in form of hand-drawn sketches and narrative descriptions to generate new floorplans including furniture, lighting, finishes on separate layers over the as-built model • Generate 3D models of designs to show to clients or to export to AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway or ChatGPT for rapid visualization by our designers. • Generate the following deliverables based on completed design: ○ Demolition Plan ○ Floor Plan and Finish Schedule ○ Reflected Ceiling Plan ○ Interior Elevations ○ Millwork Details We prefer to use the following software tools: • Sketch Up Pro or Studio • Sketch Up LayOut for construction drawings • Enscape or V-Ray for renderings
