Assistant Editor / Media Manager (On-Site Video Content)

🎬 Assistant Editor / Media Manager (On-Site – Los Angeles) We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to organize and edit a large server of video content. The ideal candidate will have experience in content management and post-production workflows, ensuring all footage is accurately categorized, labeled, and polished for use. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of media efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment. Responsibilities: Organize and manage a large volume of video footage across multiple drives/servers Create and maintain clear folder structures and naming conventions Review and sort footage into usable categories (selects, b-roll, etc.) Assist with basic editing and trimming of content Ensure all media is properly backed up and secured Qualifications: Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Strong understanding of media management and post-production workflows Ability to work efficiently with large file sizes and high-resolution footage Proficiency working on both PC and Apple (Mac) systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles Bonus Skills (Preferred): Experience working with content creators, podcasts, or live event footage Familiarity with transcription tools and AI-assisted editing workflows Understanding of social media content formats and deliverables
