Role Overview As an Associate, Lifecycle Marketing Operations, you will support the systems, automation, and orchestration that power personalized customer journeys across the Pro lifecycle - from acquisition through retention. This role is a hands-on learning opportunity at the intersection of marketing execution, technology, and AI enablement, helping to translate lifecycle journey strategies into automated communications across channels including email, SMS, in-product, and push notifications. You will work closely with senior members of the Lifecycle Marketing and Martech teams, gaining experience in campaign building, audience segmentation, performance reporting, and workflow automation. You are a curious, detail-oriented contributor who is eager to learn how Housecall Pro delivers scalable, personalized customer experiences. What you do each day Support the build and maintenance of lifecycle automation workflows across GTM and GTC stages including onboarding, conversion, retention, upsell, and win-back Assist in translating lifecycle strategies into signal-based journeys across email, SMS, in-app, and other channels. Help configure orchestration logic including triggers, branching, and suppression rules in Iterable Collaborate with content and design teams to QA and deploy campaigns tailored to customer segments Support audience segmentation setup and data input management to enable personalization Assist with structured experimentation such as A/B tests, documenting results and surfacing insights Assist in ensuring campaigns comply with marketing regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and SMS guidelines Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or marketing operations Exposure to or coursework in marketing automation, customer journeys, or digital marketing Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g. Iterable) Comfortable working with data: reading audience lists, basic segmentation logic, and campaign metrics Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email Strong attention to detail and ability to QA campaigns before deployment Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn in a cross-functional environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience What will help you succeed in this role Curious and proactive - you ask questions and look for ways to learn and improve Detail-oriented with a focus on getting things right before they go out the door Comfortable operating in ambiguity and asking for direction when needed Eager to understand the why behind campaigns, not just the how Team player who communicates clearly and follows through on commitments Interest in exploring AI-powered approaches to lifecycle automation and personalization Ready to start your lifecycle marketing career?
