Attorney Needed – Unauthorized AI Use of Likeness, False Endorsements, and Advertising Claims

I am seeking a U.S.-licensed attorney with experience in right of publicity, false endorsement, advertising law, intellectual property, influencer/spokesperson disputes, or AI likeness matters. Background: I am a professional spokesperson and actress whose image and likeness have been used in commercial advertising campaigns for a former client over the past 12 months. While I originally created authorized video content for this company, I have discovered a substantial number of advertisements and promotional materials that use AI-generated versions of my likeness without authorization. The issues include: • AI-generated advertisements using my likeness and image • AI-generated versions of my face and likeness appearing in new advertising content I did not create • Fabricated testimonials attributed to me • AI-generated before-and-after images presented as my personal results • Advertisements claiming I suffered from a medical condition and achieved results using the company's product when no such testimonial was ever provided • Advertisements portraying me as a board-certified dermatologist despite my having no such credentials • Ongoing commercial use of my likeness across a large volume of advertisements I have preserved extensive evidence, including screenshots, screen recordings, ad links, advertising archives, correspondence, and documentation of the company's use of my likeness.
