AI Automation Developer for Internal Operations Platform

We are a commercial real estate advisory company looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build an internal AI-powered operations assistant that helps our team streamline client onboarding, project delivery, reporting, and internal knowledge management. The goal of this project is to reduce repetitive manual work, improve information accessibility, and automate operational workflows across multiple departments. Required Skills: * Experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar LLM platforms * Strong experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations * Experience with Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, or similar business tools * Experience building AI-powered workflow automation * Backend development (Python preferred) * Familiarity with Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms * Experience designing AI agents and knowledge retrieval systems Project Scope: We are starting with an MVP and plan to expand the platform over time. MVP includes: * Internal AI assistant with text-based interface * Notion integration for company knowledge retrieval * HubSpot integration for client information lookup * AI-powered meeting note summarization * Automated task generation from meeting notes * Weekly operational summary reports * Document search and Q&A across internal knowledge base Example Use Cases: * Team members ask operational questions and receive answers based on internal documentation. * AI generates project tasks after client meetings. * AI summarizes weekly activity across projects. * AI helps locate client information across multiple systems. * AI assists with proposal and report drafting.
