Summary

We're a B2B services firm looking to automate a manual, repetitive workflow using AI. This is a small, paid proof-of-concept, we want one workflow built end-to-end (e.g. incoming leads- AI qualifies and summarizes - pushed to our CRM), using an LLM (Claude or GPT) and 1-2 integrations. If it goes well, we'll move into a larger automation project with you. You should have shipped real AI automations before (Make.com, LLM, or custom Python). In your proposal, please: 1. link or describe an automation you've built, 2. tell us how you'd approach our workflow and which tools you'd use. 3. give a rough estimate for the POC only.
