# Bali Rental Property Finder (Local Freelancer Required) ## Project Overview I am looking for a reliable freelancer who currently lives in Bali and can assist me in finding a suitable long-term rental property. This is a project-based role that would suit someone who already has other sources of income and is looking for additional flexible work. ## Requirements You must: * Currently live in Bali * Speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English * Have a motorbike and be willing to visit properties in person * Be comfortable communicating with local agents, owners, and property managers * Be responsive and available after the contract is awarded * Be able to provide photos, videos, and honest feedback about properties ## Scope of Work The successful freelancer will: * Search Facebook Marketplace, local property websites, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and other local platforms * Contact agents and property owners * Arrange and attend property inspections when required * Take photos and videos of properties * Verify the actual condition of the property * Check for issues such as mould, dampness, excessive traffic noise, flooding concerns, or other problems * Provide regular updates and recommendations * Help negotiate rental terms where appropriate ## Property Requirements I am generally looking for: * Yearly rental * Villa or house * Minimum 3 bedrooms * Clean and well-maintained * No mould or dampness * Some outdoor space or garden * Pool not required * Good residential area * Mid-market pricing (not budget accommodation and not luxury villas) Preferred areas include: * Sanur * Ubud * Kuta * Denpesar * Nusa Dua * Ulluwatu * Other suitable residential areas around Bali ## Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who: * Knows Bali well * Enjoys researching properties * Has good local contacts * Can independently assess properties * Can save me time by filtering out unsuitable options before I travel Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
