US-Based Social Media Posting Assistant — Daily Shift, $200/month + VIEW BONUSES

I need a reliable, US-based assistant to handle daily social media posting for 4 current client accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (Shorts). I will be scaling up to ten clients by end of Summer. What you’ll do, every day (7 days/week, no days off): • You’ll be given a Google Drive link with pre-edited videos (and a document of captions) for each client — no filming, editing, or writing required • For each client, complete an 8-minute session covering all platforms: 1. Scroll/engage naturally for 3 minutes (before posting) 2. Post the pre-staged video(s) with captions/hashtags across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — 2 minutes 3. Scroll/engage naturally for 3 minutes (after posting) • Repeat this for all 4 clients, across all 3 apps, every day, 2 videos a day • Follow a simple daily checklist — video links and captions will be pre-staged and organized by client in the shared Drive folder Time commitment: • 8 minutes per client × 4 clients = ~32 minutes/day, every day • Must be done at a consistent time daily (specific window to be agreed upon) Requirements: 🩷 Must be based in the United States (this is required by client contracts — non-US applicants will not be considered) 🩷 Reliable daily availability, including weekends — this is a 7-day/week commitment 🩷 Comfortable navigating TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube apps 🩷 Detail-oriented and able to follow a checklist precisely 🩷 Good communication — must flag any posting issues (upload failures, app glitches) immediately 🩷 Attend a weekly Google Meet with me to do account check ups/check in on account health Compensation: 🔵 $50/campaign @ 4 current campaigns=flat rate of $200/month+ VIEW BONUSES (will increase as I scale my business) 🔵 Paid monthly within 14 days of end of month (because you will get paid view bonuses on any videos that meet the specific campaigns threshold, with me!) 🔵 Rate will increase as additional client accounts are added to the rotation Nice to have: 🔵 Experience with social media management or content posting To apply, please confirm: (1) you are US-based, (2) you can commit to a consistent daily 7-day schedule, and (3) your available time windows.
