US Based Bookkeeper to Help Finish 2025

I’m looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper who can help clean up and reconcile my 2025 books this week. My year-end balance sheet is showing negative balances in bank-related accounts, but the actual business checking account was not negative at year-end. I need someone to identify and fix the issue, reconcile the accounts, and double-check the rest of the books for accuracy. Main items to review: Business checking account reconciliation as of 12/31/2025 Negative bank/refund account balances Credit card balances and payments Line of credit classification and reconciliation Owner’s pay / personal expenses Due to/from shareholder account Any duplicate transactions, misclassified transfers, or bank feed issues The books are in QuickBooks Online. I can provide the balance sheet, bank statements, credit card statements, and line of credit statements. Ideal candidate: Strong QuickBooks Online experience Experience cleaning up small business books Comfortable with owner draws, shareholder loans, credit cards, and lines of credit Able to explain what was wrong and how it was fixed Available to complete this week This will be hourly.
