Book Character Art for Romance Novel- NO AI USE

I am an indie author who is looking for book character art for my billionaire and celebrity romance novels. I do NOT want any AI design in my character art. I do not want to use models. My goal is to have an original design for the characters in my books. These designs will be printed and will be included with my books when you purchase them directly from me. I am looking for someone who has experience with romance book designs. It would be a plus if you have previously illustrated minorities. I am looking for someone to design my characters in one image, and another image will be a scene from the book. I will provide a description for you to work with while designing. Please note: these are romance book character art request. Please keep in mind that I am an Indie Author and this project needs to be a budget conscious project. I have 3 books, but the project will only focus on one book at the time to maintain my firm budget.
