Summary

I am looking for a bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a small but growing business in the ophthalmic field. This bookkeeper needs to be comfortable with general ledger work, A/P and A/R entry and data management, and a nominal amount of accruals and deferrals. Currently we use QuickBooks Online, Ramp for A/P and corporate card management, Gusto for payroll, and a custom integration with our website for invoicing data.
