Bubble.io Developer

I'm looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer to build a full-featured property service management app called KEEPLY. KEEPLY is a monthly subscription service that connects commercial property owners with a dedicated maintenance professional (KEEPLY Pro). The app has three distinct user roles: • Client Portal — self-signup with Stripe billing, custom task list submission, request tracking, messaging, photo reports • Technician View — schedule, assigned job details, client task lists, photo/notes upload • Admin Dashboard — client management, job assignment, revenue tracking, messaging Tech stack: Bubble.io (app), Stripe (subscriptions), SendGrid (email notifications), Median.co (iOS/Android wrap). I have a fully designed interactive prototype and a detailed feature specification document (12 sections, full database schema, page-by-page feature list, notification triggers, Stripe integration spec, and 8-week milestone plan). You will have everything you need to start immediately — no guessing required. What I need from you: • Strong Bubble.io experience — please share examples of multi-role apps you have built • Experience with Stripe integration in Bubble • Ability to build mobile-responsive layouts — this will be wrapped as a mobile app • Fixed-price quote for the full MVP — I am not looking for hourly billing • Availability to complete the build within 8 weeks Budget: $2,000–$5,000 fixed price.
