Build an Internal Operating System / CRM for Wholesale Import & Distribution Company

We are a wholesale import and distribution company based in the Netherlands. We import products from China and distribute them across Europe. We are looking for an experienced system architect / full-stack developer to help us build a custom internal operating system that will become the central platform for managing products, customers, quotations, sales follow-up, inventory, suppliers, collections, and business operations. This is NOT a simple website project. We are looking for someone who can think in systems, workflows, databases, scalability, and long-term business operations.
