# Upwork Job Posting – AI SaaS Developer (MVP) I am the founder of Pro Level Negotiation (PLN), a real estate negotiation training company operating in both New Zealand and the United States. Over the past 20+ years I have developed a proprietary negotiation methodology specifically for real estate professionals. I have already built and tested an advanced AI assistant using ChatGPT that agents are using successfully. I am now looking for an experienced developer to build Version 1 of a standalone subscription platform. This is **not** simply a chatbot. It is an AI-powered negotiation assistant designed specifically for real estate professionals. The successful applicant will ideally have experience building AI SaaS platforms using the OpenAI API. --- ## Project Objective Build a secure web application where paying subscribers can log in and access the PLN AI Assistant without requiring them to use ChatGPT directly. The platform should feel like a professional SaaS product. --- ## Core Features Required ### Secure User Accounts * User registration * Login/logout * Password reset * User dashboard * Profile management --- ### Subscription Management * Monthly subscription * Annual subscription (optional) * Stripe integration (or another payment provider if required) * Automatic renewals * Cancel subscription * Failed payment handling --- ### AI Chat Interface A clean conversational interface similar to ChatGPT where users can ask negotiation questions. The AI should use my proprietary negotiation methodology through carefully structured system prompts and knowledge files. Users should never have access to these prompts. --- ### Knowledge Base The platform should allow me to upload and manage: * PDF files * Word documents * Negotiation frameworks * Prompt instructions * Templates I need to be able to update these resources without rebuilding the application. --- ### Prompt Orchestration The application should automatically inject my negotiation methodology into every conversation before responding.
