Build a beautiful wordpress page for a project

Web Designer / Developer Needed for Private Luxury Home Showcase Page We are looking for a talented web designer/developer to create a beautiful, password-protected project page for a new luxury home we are developing. This page will live on our company website and serve as a private showcase for the property while construction is still underway. The street address has its own URL, which is already featured on marketing materials. We need that URL redirected to this private project page as well. The goal is to create something visually elevated, polished, and memorable, with a strong focus on design, storytelling, and user experience — while still keeping the page fast, clean, and easy to use. Project scope includes: Design and build a password-protected property showcase page Set up a redirect from a URL we own, which is the home’s street address Create a visually engaging layout for a high-end residential project Incorporate a hero video at the top of the page Include sections for property description, photography, renderings, and video content Add a video mashup or media section to help showcase the project Design the page so it can evolve over time as construction progresses Create a flexible “chapter” or phase-based structure so we can add new updates, media, and milestones as the home develops Optimize all media so the page feels premium without becoming slow or heavy Ensure the page is responsive and looks excellent on desktop, tablet, and mobile What we are looking for: We want someone who has strong visual taste, understands luxury branding, and can create a page that feels editorial, modern, and immersive. The home is not complete yet, so the page should be able to tell the story of the project in phases, with room to add future updates as construction continues. This should not feel like a basic property landing page. We want something more visually and UX interesting, but still refined, intuitive, and performance-conscious. Experience with real estate, architecture, luxury brands, hospitality, or portfolio-style websites would be a strong plus.
