Build a snooker cue designer

I have a snooker and pool cue website, www.craftedcues.com where I sell custom design snooker and pool cues. I am looking to adding a 'cue creator' option to the website so that people can create their own custom design that I can then make. The designer will need to be able to produce feedback to myself so I can see what design they have chosen. It would be an advantage so that it can auto tell them the price during the design process. With snooker and pool cues, the designs can be quite complex, different styles and layouts, different types of wood, different length cues, tip sizes etc. Therefore the customisation on it would need to be in-depth to allow for these options to be chosen. I would also need to be able to add new styles, designs and types of wood when they become available.
