Business Development Manager for KYC / Identity Verification Project

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us find and attract new clients for our KYC and identity verification project. Our product helps businesses verify users, reduce fraud, improve onboarding, and stay compliant with KYC / AML requirements. We are looking for someone who can identify potential clients, reach out to decision-makers, start conversations, and help us build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Main responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients in fintech, crypto, banking, lending, iGaming, marketplace, SaaS, and other regulated industries - Find the right decision-makers, such as founders, compliance managers, product managers, and operations leads - Present our KYC solution in a clear and professional way - Book intro calls or demo meetings with qualified prospects - Track outreach, responses, and lead status - Help us improve our sales messaging based on market feedback Ideal candidate: - Experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales - Understanding of KYC, AML, fintech, compliance, or identity verification is a plus - Ability to find relevant companies and decision-makers independently - Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, CRM tools, and lead databases - Result-oriented mindset - Comfortable working with a young product and helping us shape the sales process What we expect: We do not need just a list of random leads. We need someone who can find relevant companies, understand if they may need a KYC solution, contact them, and help us move them toward a call or demo. Nice to have: Experience selling SaaS products Existing contacts in fintech, crypto, iGaming, or compliance Payment format: We are open to hourly work, fixed payment per qualified lead, or a base payment plus commission for booked calls or closed clients.
