CAD Drafter / Renderer for Interior Design

We need drawings and renderings that move smoothly through three audiences: Internal review, Client approval, Contractor installation, clarity, accuracy and proper labeling/dimensioning are essential at every stage 2D - drawings and elevations from floor plan, interior elevations 3D - furniture layouts, design elements Colorized rendered elevations for client presentation ID Sheets- material/spec sheets and presentation boards formatted for design review and client approval Editable source files plus PDF and high resolution image exports Organized layers, file naming for easy revisions Requirements: Proven experience with residential design Strong understanding of scale, dimensioning and construction documentation Ability to interpret hand sketches, field measurements, reference photos into accurate drawings Ongoing/recurring work based on project, please indicate if you prefer hourly or fixed price per dwg Quick turnaround How to apply: Samples of floor plans, elevations and rendered visuals Software you primarily work I Typical turnaround time for elevations and floor plan Hourly rate or sample of fixed price drawing for a small project (ie: one room floor plan + 2 elevations)
