CPA/EA Needed: Tax Cleanup + Payment Reconciliation (Missed Auto-Payment)

I need an experienced CPA or Enrolled Agent to help me audit and clean up my personal (and potentially my business) tax situation and confirm the status of payments/filings. The issue: A tax payment was supposed to be automatically drafted but no payment occurred, and my prior accountant became unresponsive after multiple follow-ups. I need someone to determine exactly what happened, confirm the current standing with the IRS/state, and resolve any outstanding issues. I will provide the 2025 return my accountant prepared, which he seemingly did not file. There appears to be an extension on the IRS website, but the payment did not go through, so I am unsure what happened.
