CRM Email + SMS Specialist for Fast Growing Supplement Brand

Our hero product, ONE Superfood Protein, replaces the complicated stack of powders, pills, and supplements with one delicious daily shake. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on Fractional CRM + Lifecycle Manager who knows how to turn email, SMS, and subscription into a serious growth engine. This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who is building and deploying campaigns in Klaviyo, Attentive, and Stay AI, presenting tactics to management, and fully executing. Scope of Work Initially, you'll jump straight into the business — deploying and segmenting our existing email + SMS campaigns (approximately 3–4 sends/week), QA'ing sends, and reporting on performance. In the first 30-days, you'll present an audit on top opportunities: Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, deliverability, list health and attribution Attentive: SMS structure, cadence, compliance and email/SMS overlap Stay AI: churn, dunning, failed payments, cancel flows, swap/skip/pause and subscriber lifecycle Ongoing Ownership You'll own CRM and lifecycle execution across email, SMS and subscription, including: Plan and execute the email/SMS campaign calendar Build segmentation across subscribers, one-time buyers, product cohorts, engagement and lapsed Build, QA and deploy campaigns and flows including A/B testing Continuously test and optimize campaigns and automated flows Improve deliverability, list health and sending reputation Reduce voluntary and involuntary subscriber churn Build subscriber save, swap, skip, upgrade and add-on strategies Grow subscriber retention and LTV Report weekly and monthly on revenue, flow performance, list growth, subscriber net change, churn and LTV
