Character Concept Refinement

I am developing an original family-friendly IP and am looking for an artist to help refine the visual style of the brand. I have concept art and a creative direction established. I'm NOT looking for anyone to reinvent the characters from scratch. The goal is to preserve their charm and personality while creating polished, professional character art suitable for a collectible toy brand. I'm looking for someone whose work feels storybook inspired, simple yet full of personality and works for a toy brand. Not looking for hyper realistic/dark/anime/heavy sci-fi If we're a good fit, I'd love to continue working together on the rest of the characters that I have. There will be 9 total and this listing is for ONE. I have attached a reference photo to the listing. Looking forward to hopefully meeting my long-time collaborator!
