Claude Code Expert Needed to Automate Development, Testing & Deployment for Python-Based School ERP

We are looking for an experienced AI-assisted software development expert who can help us set up a fully automated coding environment using Claude for our Python-based School ERP system. Our goal is to create a development workflow where Claude can assist with and automate: Feature development Bug fixing Code generation Refactoring Unit testing Integration testing Code reviews Documentation Deployment automation CI/CD pipeline management The ERP is a large-scale School Management System developed in Python and contains modules related to Admissions, Academics, Fee Management, Attendance, Examination, Timetable, HR, Transport, Communication, and LMS integration.
