Claude AI Coach (NOT a Dev Project) — 1:1 Mentorship for Executive, 4 hrs/wk × 2 wk

Job Description: This is coaching, not development — no integration, no code delivery, no build work. You'll teach a live human how to use Claude better, not write anything for us. We're looking for a Claude (Anthropic) super-user to coach a busy executive 1:1 on getting consistently high-quality output from Claude — prompting, project setup, debugging bad outputs, formatting fixes, and working efficiently with Claude's Cowork/agentic features. This is live, hands-on coaching — not a course. You'll watch him work in real time (screen share), diagnose where his prompts or workflow break down, and coach him toward better habits he can repeat without you. What you'll do: Run live working sessions where he shares his screen and works on real projects Review and improve his actual prompts in real time — not generic examples Help him set up Claude Projects and Skills correctly for his recurring work Diagnose why specific prompts/outputs aren't landing — including recognizing and diagnosing hallucinations — and fix them together in real time Teach practical techniques: prompt structure, iterative refinement, debugging vague or inconsistent outputs, formatting control Show him how to use Cowork effectively for multi-step / higher-context work Leave him with a short set of personal best practices he can reuse without you in the room What we need from you: Deep, daily hands-on experience with Claude (not just "I've used ChatGPT and Claude a bit") — ideally across chat, Projects, Skills, and Cowork Comfortable diagnosing why an output is wrong or a hallucination occurred, not just fixing it Strong ability to teach a non-technical executive — patient, clear, no jargon-for-jargon's-sake Comfortable coaching live over video/screen-share, not just sending docs Bonus: experience with Claude in a business/ops context (not just coding) In your proposal, include 2–3 of your own pro tips for getting consistent quality out of Claude. Engagement details: 4 hours/week, live sessions, for 2 weeks (8 hours total) Video call with screen share, flexible scheduling $80–125/hr depending on experience Possible extension if it's a good fit
