Summary

I run a trucking/logistics company and I'm building out our entire business system in ClickUp. I need someone who has already done this, not someone who "knows ClickUp" in theory and figures it out on my dime. I've been burned by that before. Never again. You must have hands-on, proven experience with: Every core ClickUp feature: Spaces, Folders, Lists, Views, Custom Fields, Automations, Dashboards, Forms, Docs, Time Tracking, Goals, Portfolios Full business system builds (not just task management: real operational workflows across multiple departments) ClickUp AI Agents (Super Agents): setup, configuration, and successful deployment in a live business Integrations via Zapier, Make, native integrations, and custom scripts/API Popular third-party connections (Google Workspace, RingCentral, email parsing, fleet/safety tools, accounting systems, etc.) Format: This is a hybrid role: you implement live on screen share while I watch, ask questions, and learn. Think of it as 70% execution, 30% teaching. You're building real systems in my workspace while explaining your decisions in real time. Not a course. Not a lecture. Live work, live learning. Availability Requirements: Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time (CST/CDT) Minimum 2 hours per day Minimum 15 hours per week This is live screen-share work, so time zone alignment is non-negotiable. You need to be online and ready during US business hours. Requirements: Show me proof. Portfolio, screenshots, video walkthroughs, client testimonials. I want to see completed ClickUp builds you've done for real businesses. If I ask about any feature, integration, or workflow pattern, you should already know the answer from experience. You're not Googling it. You're not guessing. You've done it. US business experience is a must. You understand how American companies operate: compliance, time zones, communication standards, business workflows. Logistics/trucking industry experience is a big plus. If you've built systems for carriers, brokers, or fleet operations before, tell me about it. The Opportunity: Starting with a 2-hour paid test session. If you're the real deal, this becomes an ongoing engagement, 200+ hours minimum. I'm early in my build and there's a ton to implement across dispatch, safety, accounting, fleet, HR, and management. Give me your best hourly rate considering the volume. This is a long-term relationship for the right person. Don't quote me your "one-off consulting" rate, quote me your "I just locked in 200+ hours of guaranteed work" rate.
