Client Success Project Manager

Rising Tides is a B2B marketing and sales enablement agency that builds AI-powered distribution systems and outbound campaigns for founder-led companies. We’re looking for a part-time Client Success Specialist to manage communication and expectations for a small portfolio of B2B clients (typically $5M–$100M annual revenue). Scope of Work Act as primary day-to-day contact for 2–5 client accounts Manage client communication via Zoom/Google Meet, Slack, and email Track package deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups to keep projects on schedule Lead client calls with strong on-screen presence and clear, concise communication Translate complex technology, AI/automation, and sales processes into simple business language Capture and organize meeting notes, decisions, and next steps Proactively flag risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement Must-Have Traits Team player mindset, low ego, highly collaborative Can-do, “learn-it” attitude and resourcefulness Curiosity, servitude, and focus on “what’s next” for clients Strong emotional intelligence and ability to read people Concise, precise, and adaptable communication style Requirements US-based, remote (strong internet and reliable setup) Excellent spoken and written English Consistent availability during agreed US hours Experience in client success, account coordination, project management, customer service, or agency operations Comfortable interfacing with business owners and executives (US/EU) Nice to Have Understanding of B2B sales processes and pipelines Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or software development Experience with CRM and basic marketing/sales operations
